Is Boquete a good place to race small kids

I am looking to form a group of Moms with small kids who will like to live in Boquete.
My son is 15 months old we live in Naples FLorida and will like to relocate to Boquete or Volcan. We are looking for weather and also race our kid close to "real pure nature"
Does someone knows if there are enough english speaking kids in this area?
