Short term rental $95/night, long term $1275/month with a 6 month lease or $1475 month to month.

Incredible vacation home! Fully furnished in a gated community within walking distance of Boquete called Valle Escondido. It has a golf course with spectacular views that is very fun and challenging. The Country club membership is included in the rate but green fees are separate.

There is a Pueblocito with 2 restaurants, a cafe and a cantina for your socializing pleasure. The Country club includes a Spa and Wellness center with hot tub, sauna, pool, fitness center, racquetball, pool table, foosball, video library, wonderful massages, facials and other treatments. (some fee's may apply)

The temperature is 75-85 degrees year round and a little cooler at night. The town of Boquete is charming, the people are friendly and the food is great.

There is a lot to see from the special gardens a Mi Jardin es su Jardin to hiking to the Volcano Baru to seeing the hot springs at Caldera. The Pacific Ocean is just an hour away if you want to go to the beach.

For a very laid back relaxing vacation, this is the place to be!

Amenities include: Washer, Dryer, Linens, parking, king bed, queen bed, cable, CD player, TV, DVD player, full kitchen, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED! NO PETS ALLOWED!

I am interested in renting your home. I am thinking about buying my own place in the area, however I need to spend some time there to check out the town and surounding areas. Let me know if it is available. Thanks, Randy Inman

Hi Lisa,
I replied to other posting and see here you have the answers to most of my questions - which is great.
This sounds perfect for us, is the bed queen size? would we need to bring our own linen etc?
Thanks
Marise

Marise, apologize for the tardy reply but been working around the clock in Dallas for the past 2 weeks - leaving tomorrow a.m. for Panama and will be offline for a few days until I return to Boquete on Sunday afternoon. Yes, you would need your own linens - I've purchased and used my own w/o a problem since all of my belongings have been in a storage container in Dallas. I hope to finalize the new renters of this small home upon my arrival back by early next week. Let me know if you are still interested. There are a few others so I need to try and wrap this up. Email me at lmatthews@kidnet.org (this is my work email which I check more frequently). Hope all is well and talk with you soon.

Hi Lisa,
I tried phoning you this morning from Canada, your number is disconnected. Is there another phone number that I should use?
Thank you.
