yes i have not been able to find any nicotine replacement other than what the doc offered at 500 $ i seem to have succeeded so far as i have not smoked since 6 Jan. Thanks to my family for bring losanges from the states

well found out no nicorettes gum, patches or lozeges in Panama have chamtix (SP)
and doctors need to perscribe it but is is over almost $500.00 for the perscription. Not sure how the insurance works when it comes to paying for this as i was never asked about issurance. doctor vist itself $15 dollars which is only 3$ over my normal copay so i am not even wooried about filing in this case time and effort not worth the 3 $ i wouild get reimbursed
P.S turned down the perscription as i was not going to pay that much will comtinue to quit with out I hope. Daugther coming 18 FEb will bring me 2mg lozeges so i just need to hang tough until then wish me luck
