  • Hi, Kevin!
Thank you for your response. I plan on coming by one day this week to talk to you and see what to expect.
    Thank you!
  • Hola J Baduba,

Re: your specific question: "How difficult is it to pickup?" . . . ONE thing I can definitely say about Tai Chi (UNlike the other Martial Arts I practice ! ) . . . it is NOT at all "difficult to pickup".

You also wrote that you've "always wanted to try tai chi".  So I'd say now is the time !

Feel free to call me if you want to discuss it further, or just come by...

  • Hi Siggi Ming,

Thanks for expressing your interest in Tai Chi.  In my 15+ years of Practice, I've seen many amazing results for myself and others.  Why don't you come by before class and we can meet, talk more, and see IF Tai Chi might be "for you" ?

  • Hi, I just read about doing Tai Chi to help with vestibular trauma. I had a bad wreck with my horse and fractured my skull. The fracture extended into my inner ear, causing constant vertigo. I ended up with a vestibular neurectomy (transecting the nerve that sends balance signals from the inner ear to my brain), but I still experience vertigo and instability at times. Would this class be appropriate for me, since I know nothing about Tai Chi and need someone to teach me slowly and to keep my traumatic brain injury in mind?
    Thank you!
  • Hello,

I am new to town and have always wanted to try tai chi ever since I was a teenager and saw the old folks doing it in the local park in the mornings. I am about too old for the higher impact exercises like running and basketball but still need some daily exercise.

Ive never done this before however. How difficult is it to pickup?

  • After six months, my balance issue is resolved, I have regained muscle mass and strength in my leg (post injury) and I have almost NO residual hip pain anymore! I love this practice. Come join us. Hobble in...waltz out!
