BIG BOLD OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN WINGS

Ok, let me start by saying that I LOVE Buffalo Wings and I will Post the recipe that won me many awards and clients for those delicious goodies. I had clients that would travel great distances to have a shot to eat as many as they could with any worry of the calories that they were ingesting. This recipe is another preparation for wings, ridiculously bold in flavor and so easy to make. Basically prepare the seasoning mix, let the wings marinate in them overnight and Oven Roast the next day! Anyone can handle that….Right?  So lets go!

3-4 pounds of the largest Chicken Wings you can find (Tips off and Cut at the joints)
2 full heads of Garlic Minced ( use your garlic press for this recipe)
1 Tablespoon Dry Basil
1 Tablespoon Dry Oregano
1 Tablespoon Dry Rosemary
1 Tablespoon of your Favorite Grain Mustard
1/4 Cup of Fresh Lemon Juice or Key Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Pepper
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
Optional: 2 Teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes  (spicy)

Mix all ingredients together and marinate overnight. Arrange all the marinated wings in a roasting pan and roast at 425 degrees until they are carmelized.
