HEALTH CHALLENGE UPDATE: 21 days Vegetarian Diet

Hi All,

So here i am at 21 days without meat! Cheese and eggs have been in my diet but no meat or fish for the last 21 days and I’m here to tell you that for me, it has been easy and without a single difficult moment!  Wonderful salads, vegetable curries, stir fry, rices and all kinds of fresh ripe and delicious fruits!

Now for the scale….

Starting weight:   92 Kg or 202.40 Lbs

Todays weight:     86.6 Kg or 190.52 Lbs

A weight loss of:  5.4 Kg or 11.88 Pounds

I can honestly say that weight loss has never been so easy. I go to the gym a minimum of twice a week and have no restrictions on time of eating nor quantity of food eaten.

My levels of energy are high, I feel great, all body pains are gone, sleep is deep and without interruption. My mental and physical systems are running smoother then before.

Interesting Factoid:

Beef has 6.4 grams of Protein per 100 calories

Broccoli had 11.1 grams of Protein per 100 calories

When one see’s this type of progress it is very easy to continue onward with this change of life diet decision. A plant based eating lifestyle will help me, help the world, help the future of my children as well. If we all do our part buy eating a vegetable based diet even just 3 days a week, the world could change as we know it. Lets all do out part! We owe it to ourselves and to our planet.

My hope is to inspire people that read the to make a conscious change in their diets in order to increase their own level of personal health and to help change the health of our marvelous planet!
