HEALTH CHALLENGE UPDATE: 25 days Vegetarian Diet

Hi All, This week was thanksgiving week and on day 25, yes I ate Turkey and enjoyed it. The next day I was back on the vegetarian diet. Being a holiday week, I decided to go with the flow and have another cheat day. On the menu….Greek Pizza and Gelato! I enjoyed that as well.

Of course I was thinking “I’m sure my weight is going to elevate a bit” but onward I went to the scale and to my surprise I continue to lose weight.

Starting weight:   92 Kg or 202.40 Lbs

Todays weight:     85.8 Kg or 188.76 Lbs

A weight loss of:  6.2 Kg or 13.64 Pounds

Incredible, I have never before in my entire life experienced a diet that was actually not a diet at all. I’m back to the gym tomorrow and I’ll report to all of you in a few days. I hope some of you get inspired by this. The only things that I am doing are no meat (except Thanksgiving day), little to no sweets or bread, little to no pasta and almost no dairy.
