For the last few years, we have been luck to enjoy the first and only franchise restaurant in the area. Paladar Restaurant. Paladar Restaurant is located within Hotel Valle del Rio, with gorgeous surroundings, sounds of the creek, a varied menu suited especially for Boquete’s demands, yet with the unique taste that makes it such a Panama staple.
Paladar Restaurant has a beautiful location in Multi-Plaza in Panama, with gorgeous terrace, live music and a very reputable name that also extended to Costa Verde in the province of Chorrera. Each location elegant, with a delicious and varied menu offering and designed to give the customers an unforgettable experience
So, we met up with Ofer Hasky, a renowned hotelier and restaurateur in Panama, who owns and operates the Paladar franchise and other restaurants in Panama, Mr. Hasky is also a developer in the Boquete area, and owner/operator of Valle del Rio Hotel, and asked him a few questions:

A. Boquete is such a beautiful place with the rainbow of nationalities that, as you say, enjoy good food. There's no other place more suited to have one of our signature restaurants.

A. Not at this time
Q. We have heard you have daily Happy Hours and promotions, could you tell us about it?
A. We do have Happy hours every day fro 5 to 8 pm with excellent prices in drinks and many even 2x1 offers. We also famous in town for our every Wednesday pasta night, where we offer all you can eat buffet of made to order pasta, with wide variety of ingredients, this promotion also includes a glass of sangria and dessert $12.99 p/p
Q. Paladar opens its doors at 7 a.m., what’s your breakfast menu like?
A. We have all the breakfast goodies both nationals and foreigners like, including pancakes for the children, and also the famous hojaldre by our Chef, everyone loves them.
Q. Can I buy gift cards or gift certificates and are those good only in Boquete or can they be used at your other Paladar establishments?
A. Yes you can buy them at our Boquete restaurant, however, each franchise operates independently, so your Boquete giftcards can only be redeemed in our Boquete location.
