Another Perfect day in Roatan, Honduras ends with cookin’ up some fresh caught fish! Lion fish, Dorado, Snapper, & Grouper are all available for the eating. Gamefish abound here with Permit, Bonefish, Tarpon, Snook, Tuna, Sailfish and so many more species. Do I even need to mention that this area is alive with Jumbo Shrimp, Crabs & Lobsters. Welcome to our world here in Roatan, where Seafood is fresh and Local!
Ok, lets talk about a few delicious recipes.
On Todays menu board we have: Beer Battered Lion Fish, Grilled herbed Dorado with fresh local lime, a Blackened Snapper Sandwich on a Sour Dough bun and Jumbo Shrimp Puttanesca.
I will post every item on today’s blog with its recipe shortly. Today is for photos, I am just too full to keep writing. What a day! What a meal!
