Simple, Fast and Delicious Orange Scented Cream Cheese Poundcake

3 Sticks Butter at room temp

1 Bar of Cream Cheese (8 oz.)

1/4 cup sour cream

3 cups Sugar

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

3 cups All Pourpose Flour

1 1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 cup grated Orange Rind

Cream the Butter, Cream Cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream and the vanilla extract. Add the eggs while beating one at a time until well incorporated. Add the salt. Add the Flour gradually, do not over beat. Fold in the grated orange rind.

Generously spray your loaf pans with pan spray. add the batter and place into a pre heated 350 degree oven. Cook 60 to 75 minutes until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool and Serve.
