In the section of Alto Boquete where you live, folks seem to think it's the other way around. The cars heading W off the highway want the folks traveling S-N on your street to yield. I always meant to ask the Mayor about it, but the occasion never arose, since he's the one who ultimately decides who is at fault if there's a hearing.
