After much noise about getting the new Panama Drivers license allow me to pass on the simple way if you already have an old Panama License.

Make a photo copy of your old license and your visa or cedula
Take it the the ATTT office in Chiriqui Mall right across from Price Smart
They will take the photocopy and have your new license sent from Panama City
