I read your post and see that you are currently in SA. My wife and I worked a KF for 5 years, leaving in 2004. We are moving ot Boquete in January. Talk about two extremes in climate. But you will have no problems dealing with the government, drivers license, visas, etc. it is just like there. en shallah!
