I have a member of the gym who has a child that wants to do yoga. Right now I have two parents who are interested. My instructor, who will be arriving about May 23 said he does yoga for kids. - We're ready if you are! Curvas Bonita is an exercise facility in Alto Boquete (just north of Supermarket Lily, 2 blocks south of the nearly finished Plaza San Francisco). We have state of the art hydraulic exercise equipment available, as well as advice and information on weight control and muscle toning. Join us! (We even have great music to exercise to!)
We're open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday, from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, closed on Sundays.

Danny Blank said… Thanks much for your prompt reply. I have never used the hydraulic machines...used to use free weights, however after having hernia surgery about 2 -3 years ago I had to quit. Now, I need to begin working on my overall body strength and would like to use my 2 months in Boquete to get a start. Your prices are reasonable. I also remember you having yoga and other types of classes too. Do you still? I live in Alto B. so it's a nice walk. Lastly does Bonnie (indigenous lady) still work for you? Thanks,

- Hi Laura, If you're coming from David, I'm on the right, about three miles from Boquete. Look for Super Centro Lily's. I'm right next door. Coming from Boquete, it'll all be the opposite. I'm about 3 or 4 miles from Boquete. Look for San Francisco Plaza on your right - big empty shopping center, with Scotia Bank nearest to the road. I'll be about 3 blocks further on the left.
