Matt Quijote said… Jessica, can't thank you enough for your post. You have been VERY helpful and now I feel like I have a good idea of what the hike will be like. Thanks for the warnings/tips on altitude sickness, that is good to know (since there are five of us going on the trip, it's likely at least one of us will have some issues). I can't wait to get on the trail and just hope we get catch some good, clear views when we're at the summit:) Best to you, Matt
Matt Quijote said… Thanks for the friend request and encouragement for Volcan Baru!! We're going to hike the trail tonight or tomorrow night, depending on last weather updates. Do you think the trail will be very muddy since its late April?? appreciate it

dinah ely said… I cannot tell you how excited I am to have the generous responses we've had so far for our learning coop. Dinah, your ideas are terrific. Ms. Bravo, I am most appreciative of your offer for classes. Yes to all of your wonderful course offerings. We have kids ages 4 to 14 so far, most are being home schooled. Some would be coming from David for the coop groups. We look forward to discussing this further for classes to start in February. Thanks again! Please forward to Ms. Bravo, Dinah, if you don't mind.

Your idea sounds good...I personally know a few kids who love horses and outdoor survival! I forwarded your idea to Suzanne who´s doing the organizing...were just starting out so we´ll keep in touch! Thanks for your support:)
