How are you involved in Boquete?

I want to live in Boquete

Take advantage of us and list what you are interested in doing in Boquete. This is a great way to meet like minded people.

My husband and I are thinking about moving to Panama, as soon as we can sell our homes in the US, and would love to hear more from fellow americans that have taken this step. Can an american doctor get a job there?

(almost all doctors in Panama have studied abroad, specially in very renowned universities such as Yale, and Harvard. It is almost a tradition to do so, and most of those doctors come from very wealthty Panamanian families. There are many opportunities in Panama, specially if you are very well educated and specially in the field your husband is in. (You may want to contact Ursula, she is one of my friends here, and I am sure she can give you more of an insight, since she lives in Boquete.)

I've been told that in David there are Harvard trained doctors but then again, what monetary value can be put on the peace, beauty, tranquility of Boquete?

I don't believe you would be making a bad choice in living there....
