Dog Medicine Pro-In

Our elderly spayed dog is having incontinence problems. Don't laugh, you're next :). The local vet wants to do hormone injections (not something I would prefer), There is a chewable pill in the States called Pro-In to take care of the problem but you can't get it without the dog being examined (difficult, since she is in Boquete), It appears to be one of those "no exceptions, lose our license" things.
