- I have been interested for some time in Panama. I look at the real estate market and it seems to me that the prices for a modern (sic Canadian) type home are higher than I had anticipated. Is there a "Gringo" price and a "Locals" price in the market?
I have considered the seashore as well but am concerned about the heat factor.
