Traveling with Pet Question

My husband and I are moving to Boquete on Oct. 24, 2012. We are traveling with Molly (our dog) and we are using Jose Pet Relocation service.
My crazy question is this, one of the requirements is up-to-date Health Certificate dated no more than 10 days prior to arrival. I understand that and am going to do that. But the Health Certificate that needs to be signed by the Veterinarian on the right side and the USDA STAMP with signature on the left side of the document. Do I get this…

Would like some input, we seem to be having problems finding a home to rent. We were working with a real estate place and have made a couple of offers, just to be turned down. Hi Deborah...
me again, I've been thinking a lot in the last couple hours..I'm posting right to your page, because I don't think it goes out to the public.....I have been here almost 9 months now and am still having some problems...not everyday, but quite often. Everyone says join this, join that, help out here and there and they are probably right, but I find it hard to get motivated. Some times I am angry with my husband, it was his dream to come here. Then I feel guilty, because it is his dream and I don't want to ruin it for him. I get mad at myself for going along with this whole thing and then mad at myself for not being very adventurous. We came here with just suitcases and 2 cats..our stuff is in storage back home. I miss my books...stupid eh??? I don't like some of the rocky dirty areas on the road to David and then some of the flowers and trees take my breath away. It is very confusing....I am trying to just do one day at a time and think of it as a big adventure. Some days that works, some days it doesn't. My husband is going home for 10 days next week so it will be a real test for me. I have met some really wonderful people here so will hang with them a bit while my husband is gone.
I would be very happy to meet with your for coffee somewhere if you like and just talk....that may be good for us both!! And I'm sure we can share a few laughs and stories........
If you don't have access to a car, I'd be happy to pick you up....
