"What’s the best area to live in around Boquete that’s lowest in humidity? Lower elevations? I’d rather have a little warmer without the humid conditions."

Hello Deborah & Michael .... you figured it out;)  We had a great attorney who practices in PC and David.  We actually "interviewed" several attorneys on our first visit here and decided upon him.  His contact info is:

Marcos Kraemer

Panama:  + 507 297-4708

US:  1 954 828-2968

Email: info@kraemerlaw.net

We conversed with him from back in the States; sent him documents; made one more trip to Panama to sign documents and that was it.  We made one final trip to Panama and received our temporary Pensionado Visa.  Within two months, we had out permanent Visa.  Not too long after, we got out E-Cedula's.

Good luck to ya's.  If you need honest, no-nonsense answers or opinions, please let me know.  You can reach me on WhatsApp (Brian Leonard +507 6916 8521) or my wife Judy Leonard (+1 507 6916 9444).  If you haven't downloaded the WhatsApp app yet ... I STRONGLY encourage you to do so .... that's what we use a lot of here.

Take Care,

Brian
