Bambu Lampang delivered a spectacular birthday dinner for a friend of mine...so many delicious dishes, it was hard to know where to begin. Flavorful, colorful, beautifully presented, healthy--HIGHLY recommended!

I am an artist with a large, non-traditional canvas--a 4 hectare organic coffee farm. In addition, I paint, write, and enjoy the company of friends and family over good food and wine. I moved to Panama over 4 years ago and have celebrated that choice every minute, without a single regret. The adventure continues!

Magazines wanted

I am looking to acquire any odd magazines (heavy on photo and art content) that you may have laying around, to use for an art collage project. If you have any you are willing to part with, call me at 6636-8663 or email me at veworley2003@mac.com and I'll arrange to collect them. Thanks. Elizabeth

Hi there
I am an artist too, is a hobby but very serious one for me,
I started an art blog called

www.abstractartpanama.blogspot.com

I am new, painting for 4 years, love abstract as well, read you want to make collages, with magazines..
I have been collecting magazines for a while to learn to do collages one day, maybe we can share some thoughts...
what kind of art do you paint?

I work in volcan with my mother, she is a licenses realtor, her company is PANAMA GREEN,
wondering if the coffe farm is still for sell an if is yours?

regards
have a great day,

Hi!
More to you for having such a full life! I enjoy creative people and you seem to be able to juggle many things in life.
I have a lot at Hacienda los Molinos and someday hope to build a home there (if I survive putting kids through college) when my children are on their own.
I would like to come to Boquete to visit my friends Casey and Sue Koehler who live at Hacienda Los Molinos. You would like them if you have not met them yet. Casey is a sculptor and quite an amazing fellow who has led quite an exciting life. Sue is better known as "Sweet Sue' by her friends back in Naples, Fl. She is a bubbly, happy and cheerful lady and tell Casey when you meet them that I said she is the better half of this couple!
Enjoy your art, I am totally uncultured but I know what I like in art. I like acrylics in bright colors and movement. (I must be turning gay (not!) but look at the painting on my little site here of a couple dancing.
Anyway, if I may so bold, may we be friends here?
Best,
Dave

Thanks for getting back to me! I'm actually in the US, do you happen to know what the full number to dial out for the Panama number you gave me?

If it is easier you can email me at patrick.woolford@nuwireinvestor.com. I also have a Skype account (although I'm pretty new to it).

Thanks,

Patrick

Elizabeth,

I write a blog about real estate in Panama - panamarealestateinvestment.org - and have been looking for additional writers. Keith Woolford recommended you as someone I might want to get in contact with. If you are interested, or have any comments or suggestions, feel free to email me at patrick.woolford@nuwireinvestor.com.

Hola Elizabeth ~ enjoyed our laughs Tuesday night with the outdoor group at Amigos - do hope to keep in touch, our careers (your past) help us understand one another. Keep smiling and hope to see you soon - want to come see your house if I get brave enough to go back up the mountain (LOL)...

Hi Elizabeth, we met you at the "LIVING AND INVESTING IN PANAMA" down at the Playa Bonito Hotel, and we intended to come to the Tuesday morning meeting at the Funtadora Hotel, but we got called back to Panama city by our Lawyer to sort out a problem with our visa applications. We got our paperwork in, and its just wait and see.
Hope to see you when we get back.
