"Technically an electric bicycle is motorized, but it's doubtful if there's much, if any, enforcement of Transit regulations on them. Walmart sells them in the U.S.  I got a bicycle license once for one that was imported here."

Lee Zeltzer initially posted this. Eric is the anti corruption contact for the Police Nacional for this area. His cel is 6520 7083. He is the person to call for any transito and other irregularities. If you stick this number on your driver license it would help keep things honest. Also if you are unfortunate to get towed, demand a ticket. You shouldn't be towed without a recorded infraction.

Any news on when the streets will be paved and in what order?

Also, I heard that septic tanks that qualify will be hooked up free of charge. Any news on that?
