- No, actually i am Puerto Rican. My wife is Panamanian. I was stationed in Albrook AFB between 1991-1993. I absolutely love the country and consider it my home. Computers have always been a hobby and a part time business. I did research while in Panama city in April and discovered everything I need to get something going. It is a matter of getting my kids out of high school before I make the great leap of faith. I do get a VA disability pension from the US government, so I can take some risk. And you?
