Thanks to Joy Koopman (finest real estate agent in the world), Phyllis and I own a beautiful home in Boquete. Because of her we have Greg and Cathy Smith as neighbors and many wonderful people in the Valle. We expect to party hearty, and be joined by many guests and my children and grand kids from the US.
