I am writing about a property in Lehigh that believe it or not is still in your name at 4740 28TH ST SW . It appears Crown Bank has filed a judgement on it, but did not pursue further as of yet.
Even though it has issues, liens, back taxes etc.. I am still interested in making you an offer to purchase now and I will deal with the issues and liens after the closing. It would just be by Quit Claim Deed which as you know offers no warranty as to clear title.
I do this as my job and have purchased several homes and lots especially in Lehigh with issues such as this, then try to clear title after it is in my name. You pay no costs to close the sale. I see you are in Panama..I can still have a title co. send deed there and they can wire you funds. I am local, in N. Ft. Myers.
