We are thinking about relocating down here and you told us to have a look at Potrerillos. I misplaced your email address, but found you here on this board. I'd like to stay in touch with you as we are definitely considering relocating to Panama (although still considering Phuket Thailand as well), and we are planning to come back for a second look within the next several months.
