How are you involved in Boquete?

Take advantage of us and list what you are interested in doing in Boquete. This is a great way to meet like minded people.
Expat from Florida with a travel business and photography hobby. My husband Eric is making custom frames to sell and matting and framing some great photos of Panama.
We also have 37 Hect in Punta Pena (8 km before Chiriqui Grande) that we are planning to develop for eco tourism. The climate is perfect there, not too cold and nice Caribbean breezes with views from our property of the Caribbean and Bocas Del Toro. We are planning a totally sustainable project working with the Ngoble Bugle and using the help of voluntourists to teach sustainable farming practices to the indigenous who will be instrumental in the project. We currently have about 3 km of trails and a complete business plan and are looking for investors to help get it up and running. We have a great concept and know that we can capture many tourists as a great place to visit between Boquete and Bocas. Many people fly to Bocas but to see the real beauty driving is the way to go and from Boquete it is only 1 hour 40 minutes to get there. We are anxious to get started so if anyone would like to invest or they know anyone who might be interested just drop a line and we will share the details.
This will put Punta Pena on the map and bring lots of needed jobs to the area so it is a win win for us and for the area. The property has fresh water streams, Caribbean view, toucans, sloths, monkeys and so much more. It is primary forest; dense and beautiful. We also have a 31 hect finca with similar characteristics that we have for sale at $1.00 per meter. Also has Caribbean views, stream and large hardwood trees.
So that's what we are keeping busy with here and not busy enough yet.
