Dear Garden Enthusiasts, My name is Stephanie Hoppe and I am posting you in regards to my garden program I have in Panama City, Panama. The projects name is Pot to Plate and it was founded by myself about 6 months in hopes of planting a garden with inner city children to teach them and give them something they can take care of.
