The U.S. has invited the U.N. to post observers at our next Presidential election. Representatives from the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and other "well known outposts of democracy" ( my comments) will be sent to polling places in Texas, New Mexico, and all other states to observe whether the elections are conducted as"they should be".  It was an initiative of the NAACP, backed by the White House....................See More

How are you involved in Boquete?
I want to live in Boquete
Take advantage of us and list what you are interested in doing in Boquete. This is a great way to meet like minded people.
I am planning my first visit in September '09. Believe Boquete is where I want to retire. I have been exploring a place for two years, and have discarded Costa Rica and various cities in Mexico.
Having been born in Latin America, and being fluent in Spanish, but having been a US citizen for over 30 years, I believe the combination offered by Boquete is ideal.
I live in the mountains now, and wish to continue to do so.
