Friday- Fresh Tuna Steak marinated in sesame seed sauce or       grouper in orange sauce

Saturday- Smoked pork chops with mango sauce

Sunday- Roasted Herbal Chicken with roasted potatoes

Pear cooked in red wine

Profiterole with vanilla ice cream and drizzled chocolate
