Panama's Air Accessibility Will Get Major Boosts

There is a really promising news in today's La Prensa regarding the long awaited and urgently needed international airport that will service Panama's central provinces (Cocle, Herrera, Los Santos).

If and when completed, the airport will provide tremendous accessibility to the Pacific Coast beaches (Gorgona, Coronado, San ccarlos etc.), as well as, reduce the time to reach Azuero's up-and-coming development areas (Pedasi, Tonosi, Las Tablas, Chitre) by at least a half. Further more, the airport will enhance Penonome's role as a major hub in the central region.

In addition, the David and Colon airports will be getting a face-lift in order to facilitate international flights.
