Hola, Boquete!

 

Looks like summer has finally arrived; I really miss those gentle breezes ..... so,

 

Would anyone like to post an in-depth weather report? I understand the rains lasted an abnormally long time this year, although the other Panama blogs had little in the way of specifics relating to flooding in Chiriqui. I'd love to see a kind of over-all recap of the winter rains from one of you in Boquete while I dream of returning to those clement climes.

 

Oh, one more thing: the Ruta Sur? Specifics are hard to locate, can anyone give an in-depth report -- perhaps with links to maps? I remain mystified as to the exact route, river crossings, and etc..... does it debunk on the Via Volcan at Cuesta de Piedra? Wish you all an eternity of JOY!
