If you are visting Boquete in the near future look up Ron and Yalti. I feel bad I can not think of their last names. They are wonderful people. Ron has a navy boat in Boca Chica and is part owner of Wahoo Willies bar, restaurant, hotel. He charters his boat for whale watching and fishing and use to have Windjammer cruises in Hawaii for years.
He and Yalti have a big compound right in the heart of Boquete on the main street through town and if you ever ate at Olgas for breakfast her street runs directly into Ron and Yatlti's home, hotel, and sometime dinner place. Everyone knows and loves Yalti so you will find Ron and Yalti easy enough.

After my sister graduated college she and her husband lived in Speedway for a year before moving to Florida back in 1968.

It would have been great to have said hello while you are in Boquete but I won't be visiting again till 09. Someday I hope to build in Hacienda Los Molinos which I believe is the best development in Panama.

I'm interested in what you found out about the real estate market. We're coming in Nov to look around and are interested in the possibilities for living part of the year there. If we do, we'd like to buy a small house that we could rent out for the half of each year that we're back in the states (Asheville, NC). Thanks for anything you can share. Jim G.
