Recently people have been sending us messages from Boquete through different forums and I got reconnected again. I see from your message you had a great time in Boquete.
We spent 3 months there but decided it was not for us and instead explored the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica which was much closer to the energy we were looking for. We stayed on the Caribbean coast a little over 3 and half months and then we decided to return to Canada, the humidity was too much for James at that time. Now we live in the Gulf Islands offering Live Food Lifestyle programs and intensives. The journey to latin america was very fulfilling and yet it seemed we needed to come back here for a few years maybe less maybe more.

Anyway, if you are still on this network I would love to hear more about what you do around Living foods and how your experience was for you in Boquete.
