Once a week I allow myself a treat, and the first place that comes to mind is my good friends Ada & Shawn Sugar & Spice I stop in on Sunday mornings enjoy a treat along with a free guitar lesson.

Have you opened a new cake shop in Boquete?

we are back in Abbotsford and planning to return to Boquete
in December. Look forward to seeing you both again.
How about starting up a Fair Dinkum Aussie style cake shop.
Lamingtons, Vanilla slices. pasties and meat pies, boston buns
Did you see the restaurant equipment for sale from the new
Rio cafe/hotel . Listed on the boquete.org web site.
Heavy duty mixer etc?
We want to live in town , If you hear of something to rent
please let us know.
We can then help mix the dough!

How about your new cake store near MultiBank has that become a reality ?
Tony and Jean here from Abbotsford. We are missing Panama. After we go to Australia for our Daughters wedding in July will be back ready for Panama again in December and the 'dry' season.
I will bring you some more Oz recipies for goodies.

No false advertising here! Simply the best and very affordable! Try the enchiladas that have a spicy filling (Not too spicy) and the crust is as flakey as a croissant! And the brownies are to die for. Simply yummy! Now you've got me hungry so where are you guys :)
