Keith, the chief of the Police in Panama was phone interviewed last night by Channel 2-TVN and he told the anchorwoman that the policemen were identified.  They were separated from their duties (desk job) and will be charged and disciplined.  The FISCALIA or prosecutors will start a criminal investigation.

Yeah.  High caliper words.... but the main thing is that people now is not afraid as it used to be back on the Noriega's time.

The guy taking the video shouted out to the police, "eres un joto" because the police have guns and if they didn't well.....you know the rest.

Definitively power corrupts.  Some police officers abuse of the power given to them.

It is important to note that the man who was taking the video shout the police with indignation "You are abusing.  I got you recorded on video."  Looks like the police did some shots with his gun to the man taking the video.
