Recent delivery interruptions from Fenosa and Cable Onda show a disregard for paying customers offering no prior warnings or post explanations and with no apparent consequences from regulating authorities.

It seems to be common for holidays that services go down, probably as support staff is to a minimum and maybe those on duty don’t have the skill set to resolve issues. Not as though that is an excuse though Cable Onda could and should offer rebates when what we pay for is not available. Presently we are being stiffed for a months payment we have made and have receipts for, happens every year. The customer is held responsible even if the error was with information not being entered into the system correctly.
