Not to take away from those poor missing girls, but a young man of 22 years old was hideously beaten and left nude by the side of the river. He was supposed to have come to my home to wash and play with Tigger who has been his friend since he was a pup.
Four local gang members are being held. He had $300 from his pay he was bringing to his mother.
I don't have a lot of details, but supposedly the forensic report will be given to the family tomorrow. With their permission i will be able to tell whole story.
Perhaps the four gang members should be questioned to see if they have any knowledge of the girls. Due to the manner and torture of my poor friend, maybe they aren't only picking on locals.
All I can say now as I am terribly upset and in mourning for this young man. Perhaps we could reach out to the family and help them, even if is just an acknowledgement that his life mattered too.

At the moment, I am following a webcommunity that is trying to help the authorities to solve the Kris and Lisanne case. Apart from their maybe having had a terrible accident, there is however also a chance faul play was involved. The latter is still not ruled out perse.

Suspects are allowed to interrupt the funeral service, act like jackasses ... family of deceased has to hire a
lawyer to bring some kind of justice...what happened to guilty until proven innocent that Panama seems to
embrace.
Looks like lawyers and defender of criminals human rights have succeeded....

I am so sad that you are feeling that you need to defend the information you were given at such a horrible and tragic time. My guess is that the extremely disturbing stuff around here sees alot fancy packaging to make it palatable to those who value a false sense of security over truth. I'm not sure what all the details are but clearly something very gruesome has happened here. Do not feel singled out. Every time I have posted anything on here I have been attacked by someone.....the first time called a liar and a fraud. I was attacked again a few days ago for trying to make people aware of suspicious activity in a local neighborhood. No matter what comes out Suzanne, there will be some people who cling to the preliminary report because the truth disrupts what makes their sense of safety and their fear will make you the enemy. There are people who will just want to believe the worst of you because that is how some people are. This is a very small town and you know what they say "pueblo pequeño infierno grande". There is little to do here obviously and so it goes. I do not believe for a minute that you made up any of this, shared the information that you were given from a close source. As awful as this is take it as an opportunity to sort the people in your life. The ones that love you and know you will have your back, know your heart. We only have time for so many people. As I have a background in funeral I can also share this very disturbing fact.....when you are grieving you are at your most vulnerable. That is when the vultures come. Protect yourself and don't get hooked by people who want to feed on your pain. Your Grandmother sounds like a very wise woman.I don't see this community fairing well if they are going to continue to attack the people trying to bring awareness to certain situations....people will stop sharing because they don't want to be at the mercy of the Ning trolls. I really don't care because I am leaving soon, I don't have anything to lose. Grief is the one emotion few humans do the same way....don't let the nonsense of other peoples opinions distract you from the process you need to heal from this horrible wound. They will only understand you when grief stabs them to the same degree and even then they may reject you because you remind them too much of what they want to forget. That article describes a tragic death but not a gang related beating, but a drowning in a river.
Well. That is why I was wondering why such crime haven't being posted and reported in any local newspaper. If a young man drowned in a river makes a story to be published in two newspapers why a murder so violent wasn't not covered and published.
I feel like Lee and Keith very confused with this. Not to offend anyone here but that is why I don't take seriously something that is not verified and confirmed by authorities and newspapers. I Panama we say we could make roll a "square ball" with stories and comments between people.
yesterday, my housekeeper was telling me about this/ She said that everyone knew this young man and that he was such a good man
