There is a place in David on the Super Baru road (road is Obaldia).  It is small, but you will see glass out front - I think it's called El Cid.  From the Boquete David hwy, continue over the overpass and make a left at Beverly Hills Plaza.  Go down about 2 short blocks, and you will see it right ahead of you when you come to Obaldia.  There is a BAC (red and white) bank building on the right.  The glass place is across the street.

In Alto Boquete, on a street on the right hand side near the gas station, is a window making store/building which could probably make what you are looking for.

That store by the gas station went out of business a long time ago, if you're talking about that big white building.

Unfortunately I don't know his name or phone number, but he's in David, a little past EP Furniture, same side of the road.. you have to look for him.. it's not mark well.
