Some of you who know me are aware that I am interested in medical and health matters and make, use and sell El Matador products, including Mold Killer, Boron Supplement, Colloidal Silver and others. I do a lot of reading in the subject area.
Two days ago, I was investigating a high priced prostate supplement. One of its ingredients was described as a hormone, and its scientific chemical name was given. I didn't recognize it, but looked it up and discovered it to be Melatonin. The amount in the high-priced supplement is 3 milligrams. It seemed to be the principle ingredient among several others. Before going to bed, I used a Melatonin oral spray (2 sprays equal 3 mg). Instead of being up two or three times during the night to urinate, I slept completely through the night without waking. Wow! That was amazing.
If "normal" for you involves getting up two, three or more times during the night, take my advice and start using 3 mg of Melatonin at bedtime. You can use tablets or oral spray. We just happened to have the spray. By the way, Melatonin does help people sleep, but it has a separate action that affects the prostate gland.
I know it works well for me. If you use it, post a reply to this item so that we can have an indication of how well it works for you and how many people are being helped.
