The Amigos de la Biblioteca group is a "Friends of the Library" support group whose mission is to advance the goals of the library in the community. Members of the group are active in volunteering in the library, raising funds, expanding library services, and/or advocating for it.

Please join us in the 3rd floor gallery of the library for the opening on Friday, June 5, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Open to the public. Refreshments will be served.

Come help us celebrate the 2nd birthday of the Biblioteca de Boquete. The Amigos de la Biblioteca (Friends of the Library) have planned a book sale and open house for this celebration. We will be serving cake and lemonade. There will also be music.
Unlike in the U.S. where libraries receive funds from the government, the Boquete Library depends solely on donations to operate. This is a good opportunity to help the library and get some good books.
Collective Art Exhibit featuring artists from David - Saturday, April 12-4:00 p.m. at the Biblioteca.
Casa Cultural La Guaricha is celebrating its 3rd anniversary. There is an opening reception Saturday, April 12th 4:00 p.m. at the Biblioteca. Wine, juice, soda, and light hors d'oeuvres will be served. Please join us.
