Cemetery Plot

Hello:

Has anyone ever sold a cemetery plot here in Boquete?  My friend owns five (5) meters of land in the cemetery and wishes to sell it as he has moved back to Canada.  Before I speak with the personnel at the cemetery, I thought that I would gather any wisdom from the Forum.
