The good news is that Finca Santa Marta is operating with a skeleton crew so that we can continue to grow and harvest fresh Certified Organic produce for your family and our employees. As always we are practicing safe sanitary measures but always recommend that you thoroughly wash your produce from us or from anyone else for that matter.
The bad news is that for now you will need to come to our finca entrance to retrieve your order; and since we are 25 minutes from Price Smart towards Costa Rica, that will prove difficult for many of our clients. Maybe someone can pick up multiple orders for friends? Last week we were forced to stop distribution from our truck at Plaza San Francisco. We are working on establishing a new order drop off point in Boquete but until the details are finalized…
So here is how this new system will work. We will accept orders via our website, http://www.fincasantamarta.biz/ or via email to fincasantamarta@me.com or via WhatsApp to Hellen at 6393-4044, (Spanish), or my US cell phone 540-560-9680, (English). The website is the preferred method followed by email. WhatsApp can work but takes more work on our part to transcribe the order manually onto paper.
These orders will be accepted based upon a prearranged pickup time at FSM’s front gate on Mondays through Thursdays from 10am -1 pm. Contact me to see if any other pickup time can work. Please allow 24 to 48 hours notice for us to get your order together. I will email directions to the farm when you place your order.
