2007 37ft. fifth wheel trailer c/w 4 slides, fridge/ freezer, stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer combo, fireplace, tv/dvd stereo with surround sound, full size queen bed, couch that makes into a bed and 2 matching rocker recliners, kitchen table and 4 chairs, vacuflow system. The kitchen has an island and with 2 slides it opens up to be a completely functional kitchen with lots of cupboard space and a built-in pantry and double sinks with lots of countertop space, the kitchen was the big seller for me. Upstairs where the bedroom and bathroom is there is a separate toilet room,a corner shower unit and a sink in a vanity cupboard and with a bedroom slide it opens up nicely with a countertop desk unit and a wall to wall closet along with the washer dryer unit with good access and more closet space above. There is also storage under the bed and a place for another tv in the bedroom. This unit also comes with ducted air conditioning and a DSI hot water tank and 2 30lb. propane tanks, I currently am using the gas tanks from Panama because it is to difficult to get the propane tanks filled here, the gas they use here functions normally for all the appliances. There is lots of outside storage space and a 16ft.awning. It has 16" aluminum wheels with a good spare and the springs and wheel bearings were replaced about a year ago. I am asking $20,000.00 OBO.
