I own a 2005 Black H2 Hummer.... in great condition..... really very minor cosmetics only still to do but I have brought in parts as necessary to get everything in perfect working order and I have a vehicle computer so I have checked, no fault messages.
I don't drive it often so I spend more time simply making it better and better. Spent over 3K at the Hummer dealer in Panama City for all new front end linkages..... (I don't believe they were all necessary actually but I didn't know better then).....
It is by far the most comfortable car to drive on or off the road and maybe more comfortable off the road! It is like one bug luxury car and you certainly get a lot of onlookers when driving around and often people will ask what you paid for it etc. It gets a lot of attention.
I am not highly motivated to sell it nor do I need to but, since I don't use it much, it could go to someone who would use it more if we can strike a fair deal.
I have over 25K into it, just a fact. It will sell for that or something under... fully insured and licensed in David. No liens or problems and insurance is assumable for no charge until it expires.
Leather interior, skylight, Dual AC, 6 disc CD player, tons of special features like all windows down in about one second with one switch, onboard computer systems, special 4x4 configurations so all power goes to the wheel with traction and other configurations for towing etc, new catalytic converter from the US, most parts I shipped in from the US, new belts and tensioners, complete tuneup, new plugs, Castrol oil used exclusively, some new high tension coils, many small but costly parts replaced even if not broken just to get ahead of the curve, Swedish servos replaced behind the speedo and other gauges, all new and I have new spares.... underbody all coated with rubber underbody spray, waxed and detailed every other year, onboard battery charger for newer battery, full alarm system and remotes (can also be started remotely), and lots more.
For all the many features this car is surprisingly easy to work on and I will show the buyer how to work on it with some basic lessons although I don't expect it to need anything for a long time.
Would prefer to hear back from people with a sincere interest in owning this type of special vehicle and not just for general discussion about Hummers please.
By the way, as macho as this vehicle is, my wife loves to drive it (and she is 5 feet tall!).
