We have street front - good curb appeal - here at Chiriquí Storage to park cars for sale. Now my idea came from this: we had an RV here for over a year and so many people came in to ask if it was for sale (it is gone now, actually sold). The idea to have a little car lot facing the main David Boquete road seems like it could be a natural. If you wish to start this endeavor and perhaps commit to park your cars here for some duration - we can talk - and just pay rent (we don't want commissions); maybe it can be a win-win situation.
