The apartment is partially furnished, that includes a stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine, bed, chairs, table.
The apartment is 2 levels, down stairs has a kitchen, bathroom, dining/living room and an outside laundry. Upstairs is like an open loft with wonderful sea breezes, it consists of a main bedroom with a toilet and washbasin, a second bedroom or office. These rooms are divided by heavy curtains for privacy if required otherwise they are normally left open to take advantage of the breeze.
There is a wrap around balcony up stairs with a large area that has a wonderful view, used to be an ocean view, but palm and mango trees have foiled that.
You will feel that you are almost living outside with views of palms from all but one window.
Outdoor shower for rinsing off after your daily walk on the beach.
All the windows and doors have both screens for bugs and security bars, the property is fully fenced so you can feel secure. We have a back up water tank, with a pump, hot water for shower and kitchen, slow wifi internet connection is also available free of charge. Off street parking.
We are situated in the barrio called Coronado just along from Corazon de Jesus. You can see the ocean from the back patio and its less than a minute to walk to the beach.
Depending on the length of your lease price is $600 per calendar month.
