We live in a beautiful environment of the Volcancito neighborhood of Boquete. We have a 600 square-foot apartment with full kitchen queen bed with all necessities you'll need to move in. Why live in the heat and noise of the downtown area when you can be a quick six minute drive away. The unit has quiet double insulated ceilings with its own on demand hot water system for this unit only. Washer and dryer available for your use. The property has 6000 gallons of backup water so no need to run out of water and dry season. Our Wi-Fi is plenty fast to do Skype zoom or whatever conference call you may need to do as well as streaming movies. The apartment also comes with a free Netflix account to watch movies. The owners live on the same property and are here to fix any deficiencies you may have, we have some Spanish and highly fluent in English . The units are two years old and build to American standard. One year lease for $500 per month, the only other expense you would have would be replacing your LP gas tanks that we keep extra on hand just to swap them for you at a cost of six dollars. Depending on how much cooking you do the cooking gas should last 2 1/2 to 3 months.
