Located on a 1+ hectare mostly organic coffee farm. There are also many different kinds of bananas, avocados, citrus trees. Greenhouses for a small garden area if you like to garden. We have 2 sources of water, a private spring and the Alto Jaramillo water. Stored in a 5000 gallon tank, gravity fed, and all water is UV filtered. The cabin has intimate views of forest and coffee trees. Seasonal streams run on both sides of the property.
This cabin is set up for a single person only or a very small couple! It has a sleeping loft with a ladder to access. The ladder can roll out of the way allowing more open living area. Hot water. Screens and bars on windows. The cabin is about 150 ft. from the parking area. There is a laundry area is a shared space and has some great views. Nice neighbors. We are located about 2 miles by road or 10 minutes by car to the town center, and about a $5 taxi ride back. However, be aware we are approximately 1,300 ft. in altitude above downtown Boquete so it is a steep walk uphill from town.
We are looking for a single person, in good physical condition, (can climb a ladder/stair), no pets, no smoking, for a minimum of a 10 month lease. There is parking available for a reasonable sized car.
