My name is Chris Jones and I am newly retired. I am planning my relocation from Las Vegas to Boquete for about the first part of June.
I like your description of the Mountain Top Bungalow, and I am interested, but I have a couple of questions. This seems to fit my plans as I want to move with as little "stuff" as possible.
You said it's at the top of Volcancito Rd. so that means very close to where it joins Calle 2a N/Via El Salto? Is it directly on Volcancito Rd.? How high up is that actually and what does that mean for the day/night temperatures? I know there are many micro-climates around Boquete and I just like to have an idea of that particular area. What is the driving time to downtown Boquete and what about walking? How long of a lease do you want and for how long is it available - it says "as long as you can stand it" but I'm sure that doesn't mean it gets "old" after a while...? Do you give a discount for an extended lease?
